ACCOMMODATION

Availability for Booking until July 30^th, 2021,

Conferre S.A. will not be able to guarantee rooms after the above-mentioned date.

Check in date: September 16, 2021

Check out date: September 19, 2021

Requests will be served on a first come, first-served, space-available basis.

We strongly advise all participants to request for accommodation as soon as possible due to parallel events taking place in Ioannina the same period.

Important Note: The Organizing Committee wishes to apply a cancellation policy implementing a flexible management regarding the Registration & Accommodation policy.

 Registration: The organizers are closely monitoring the situation and will take into consideration the regulations for September. If developments regarding COVID-19 worsen and
Governmental Regulations dictate it, the registration fee for on site participation will be modified to on line participation, but with no cancellation fee.

Accommodation: Due to parallel events taking place the same period in Ioannina city the organizers at this point announce and apply the following policy.

Group registration (more than 5 participants)

Companies are kindly requested to send to the Organization Administrative Bureau (reservations@conferre.gr) the number of their group registrations until 30/7/2021.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations and/or amendments have to be made in writing to Conferre SA (info@conferre.gr). No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.

• In case of cancellation until July 31^st , 2021 no cancellation fees will apply
• From 1/8/2021 - 25/8/2021: 50% cancellation fee
• No refunds will be made in the event of any cancellations received after August 25^th, 2021.

In case of cancellation, refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress. All cancellations and/or amendments have to be made in writing to Conferre SA. No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.

The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registrations or for visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.

LUNCHES & DINNER

Above mentioned Lunches & Dinner will be organized/offered to registered participants according to
the regulations and health protocols in force in September 2021.
